Elizabeth & John tied the knot today on Super Saturday, the middle Saturday of the Olympic games, how exciting!  For the happy couple it was obviously a Super Saturday anyway as they became Mr & Missus after knowing each other since they were 4 years old…ahhh, how sweet is that!!

Their guests had travelled far and wide from the States and Ireland for this spectacular occasion and although it was forecast to rain all day there was only a shower during their wedding breakfast…marvelous, thank you Lord!!  Here’s a sneek peek till wedding season is done for another year, whenever that is these days!!  :0)

Starting with The Think Pink Bridal Show at Chester City Football Club happening on Sunday 2nd September 2012 from 11-3.  This show is hosted by Belles D’Epoca with money being raised for the Breast cancer care unit at The Countess of Chester Hospital!  See Facebook page…

On Sunday 23rd September 2012 from 12-4pm at the Abode Hotel in Chester.  Free admission, Bucks Fizz on arrival and catwalk shows.

On Sunday 7th October from 11-3pm at the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham.

Saturday 13th October 2012

On Saturday 13th October The Bowdon Rooms are having a rather splendid Open Day from 12-5pm.

Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st October 2012

On Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st the UK Wedding Shows are hosting at the G-Mex, Manchester Central for another year and we will be on hand again to meet you all by the stage.

Lucy & Dave got hitched today in the picture perfect village of Abbots Bromley in Staffordshire.  I’d never seen such a beautiful farm up until a few weeks ago when I met the happy couple there for their engagement shoot.  Lucy looked so so uber gorgeous and made us feel like we were guests, I nearly forgot I was working, don’t worry this didn’t effect any of the fantastic pictures we got of the happy couple and all the friends & family.  Here’s a sneek peek for now…

Here they are looking super fine indeed, the wheat is hiding the wellies in this shot but there’s more to come…

Okay…it rained in the evening but “so what” was Lucy & Dave’s moto and it certainly didn’t dampen anyones spirits in the slightest.  Now on the subject of spirits Lucy is selling THE perfect cure for hangovers, some magic little tablets containing Aloe Vera, more on these later too!

I finally met Kate and Chris today, a lovely couple from Leeds who are getting married at the rather splendid country church in Dunham Massey called St Marks next month.  They are holding a marque reception just down the road from their church and have gone for a vintage themed style wedding, which I’m really looking forward to.  Here’s just a sneek peek for now…
